We value your time and ours, and we understand that sometimes plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient.

A $98 cancellation fee will apply to appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where a patient does not attend their scheduled appointment.

We appreciate that unexpected circumstances and emergencies can happen. If something unavoidable occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider each situation individually and do our best to assist you.
